Vitamin C, echinacea, water, chicken bouillion with parsley, comfrey, sage, and dill as well as the usual spices in there already, and popcorn with lemon pepper and garlic salt and parmesan.

Lots of water. I've been rather irritating myself in the past few days with the hourly/every other hour trip to visit Mother Nature.
