Mmm: yummy/happy

The Viking didn't show; by 10:30, I figured he likely wouldn't, and headed for the store. Returned with assorted things, including chicken nuggets (there are still a few boxes in the freezer) and haircare stuff. My hair is starting to get horrible split ends, ones that are above and beyond normal. I got my hair trimmed just a few weeks ago: it should not be this bad yet.

Lately, I've been having reading crises. I can't seem to find anything in book form around the house that I'm interested in reading. I think it's a phase.

But I'm happy with putting new goop on my hair. Remaking myself, bit by bit... what I wanted, Mabon 2001, was a lot of things, and I'm beginning to realize them.

Books

Question #1:

Have you read anything by Robin McKinley, especially The Hero And the Crown?

Question #2:

If answer to #1 is yes, have you read everything by Robin McKinley?

(I haven't, even, since some of them are hard to find, but I'm working on it.)

Have you been taking vitamins? It's possible, since you're getting more exercise, that your body might be needing more of something. Vitamins are good for your hair if you're dieting or exercising. Might help with the split ends by making your hair less fragile and prone to breakage.
