The apartment upstairs, across the way, and a little down is going to be getting a visit from men in uniform. I got pissy with them getting loud and pissy with each other.

Decorum seems like a lost art these days. Why can't people do their yelling during duty hours? You keep your head down. When the stuff hits the fan, you don't want to get any splashed on you.
