Happily in shower, hear beeping. Steady beeping. Turn off shower, realize that this is the cordless phone being paged by someone wanting to know where it is.

Stalk out of shower, all soapy, grab phone by the antenna, unlock door and open a crack, toss out madly beeping phone, and shut door to raging giggles from the living room. Relock door, and resume shower.

And the best part of all, is finding out that you bring the cordless phone with you to the bathroom. :)

Which is perfectly OK, you see. I've been known, many dozens of times, to bring the TV remote to the bathroom. For all the good THAT does!

Actually, it was in the outer part of my bedroom on the desk. The bathrooms are inside the bedrooms, and I tend to lock the bedroom door when showering, as I have the bad habit of parading around nude until I get dressed...

I do, however, have the bad habit of leaving books in the refrigerator.
