Sometimes, I disgust myself.

I have given myself Ekaterin's betrayal: loss of self for sake of touch.

We have all of us betrayed ourselves in that manner at some time. It's not an unsurvivable betrayal. Return to yourself, forgive yourself, go on, and grow stronger. Perhaps you will grow strong enough to not do it next time. It's an odd thing about humans that it requires strength to not hurt ourselves.
