And I'm so very glad that the plates got soaked right away to eliminate any traces of potato-glue, and that I did the same with the masher. I'm getting good at this.

And, by a little-known corollary to Parkinson's law, if you buy more dishes and exotic cuisine implements, you will find a reason to deploy them next time around.
