For your viewing pleasure...

The photos that [livejournal.com profile] votania took of me and Darkside before we went off to see the movie. Note that in six out of the nine photos that Darkside and I are in together, one or the other of us is doing something vaguely violent to the other, and for the other three, we were under orders to hold still and smile.

Wow. He's cuter than I thought he'd be. He's not my type, I've always known he wasn't my type, from the moment you and I became friends I've had a mental "image" of him. And he's cuter than I thought. ::shrug:: Still definitely not my type, but at the cute end of the spectrum that I had him in. I know him, you see. I had a bunch of friends like him in high school...I was probably the only girl they would talk to, because I was the only one who would game with them, the only one who would fight with them like you do with Darkside, the only one who would look at their gory D&D or comic superhero sketches (anime wasn't big yet when I was in high school, but nowadays their kind would be drawing lots of anime) and actually discuss the character attributes as if it mattered. I cared about *them*, you see, like real people. I wasn't "just a girl". But I think you have to be a True Geek to be romantically interested in that particular brand of geek, and I'm not. ::shrug:: I speak geek, and I like geeks, but...ah, I'm babbling. I'm hyper, can't help it. ::giggle
