Tried it.

She came in holding a very small piece of breaded squid. I took it, bit off a small corner, and handed the rest of the piece back.

I don't think I'm a squid person. I don't like fish in the first place....

Calamari

I've had calamari but not of the fried variety. It was marinated and yummy. Tasted like pasta salad. If you're ever in Malibu look for a resturant called The Malibu Sea Lion. If it's still there, try their's to compare. If you don't like their calamari, you should at least enjoy the view. It's one of those "wall of windows facing the ocean with the sea spray splashing at sunset" things.
