You know, I've been meaning to put this in a journal entry of my own, but let me just add it here as well. Chris and I were having a conversation the other day, and I forget how it came about, but the comment came out of Chris' mouth: "The cock-ring of Sauron!" Various comments were made in that vein (how it changes size depending on who's holding it...even the chain Frodo's wearing around his neck changes length, if you pay attention) - "Perfect fit, every time!" which finally ended in, "Puts a new twist to the phrase, 'and in the darkness bind them.'"
