So one of the things that spermicide + condom + vigorous sex do to me is that immediately afterward, and for, evidently, the next day as well, there is assorted ick to be found in my vagina: white, clumpy, slightly resembling cottage cheese, only far less lumpy, looking and feeling very much like skin-type cells that are very, very dead.

I am not worried about this, as similar things have happened before with a combination of the above, and it is not painful or itchy or uncomfortable in any way; it is just ick.

You might try douching afterward, see if it helps clear out the ick. *shrug* Hubby very allergic to nonoxynol-9, so not an issue I've had to deal with in a long time.

Ick was far less pronounced after rinsing; is just ick.

That's just the spermicide, no worries.

I'd avoid douching -- it really messes with your flora and fauna.

I tend to regularly rinse out with water. Seems to work in general for me.
