I think you're mixing *places* up. I haven't been home since I left on October 31, 2000. Home is Alaska. California is just where my paternal relatives are.

Since moving to AZ, I've crushed in person on three women: mildly on votania, somewhat majorly but over quickly on teenagewitch, again on votania for safety reasons (this subsided after her health was out of danger, making me Suspicious of why I was crushing on her in the first place), and now... well... *giggle*

There have been mild LJ crushes here and there on various people, but LJ crushes where I've never met-in-person the other half of the crush aren't very solid until there has been meeting, at which point the crush is either reinforced or broken.

In the "Hail Eris!" incident, there was major reinforcement.

Remember how I got to have smoochies with that one person, smoochies that were leading to something maybe better than smoochies, but got interrupted and resulted in lots of giggling about Eris?

Well.

I linked to an image of two girls kissing, and it just so happens that the girl on the right looks very much like someone I know and lust after.

So.

I'd been kind of downplaying the whole crush/lust after thing. But it's rather intense.
