One (relatively small) fight...

...and all my work this afternoon goes boom.

Marx and I are having severe parenting-style clash.

Neither of us is good at dealing with this.

Pecking order.

You are used to being second parent to LF, marxdarx is becoming third parent but might possibly usurp you as second as he and votania's relationship progresses?

That, in addition to parenting style clash. Mebbe.

That is quite a bit of what is going on. And since he is now 2ic, my place is becoming far less of the active-help when he's around, because our styles clash that badly; the only way I have seen to resolve it is to just step back when he's there and therefore In Charge.
