Little Fayoumis and I went outside for a while. He played with his skateboard, and I wobbled around on my rollerblades. After my feet started hurting, I put on some shoes and taped the cracks in the rear window panel of the convertible top with clear packing tape, as a rig du jour until it can be replaced.

Go, me!

Yep. votania actually suggested that, but I suggested packing tape instead due to the, you know, windowy nature of the thing, and also appearances, which count for far more here.

If this money ever comes in, I'm buying myself a brand new pair of nice blades, like maybe those K2 softboots. I'll buy a set of Abec-3 bearings, just to get used to blades again, but then it's fives or maybe (if I'm feeling adventurous) sevens. :)
