Well, I *never*.
I have never seen that much fur come off one animal in one sitting but for the ever-popular shedding Alaskan sled dogs.
eris_raven has been combed. The fur removed, once balled up, is probably a large volume than her brain.
My nightgown is in the wash.
The scratches, being as I got them after I clipped her claws, will be red today, and less so tomorrow, and probably invisible by Saturday, not that anyone will see them, as they are where they would not be seen by many.

Calico, the birdie on my feet, has eaten books.

Yep, a couch. We didn't go in the basement much while we were all working, went down one day and found upholstery everywhere and a bare-wood skeleton of our crappy old couch that had been in the basement for years. It explained why he'd been sick so often as a puppy... :)

I am sure he thought he was getting away with something when I was combing him while he was in a patch of sunlight. Recharge and get pampered at the same time!
...He will not feel quite so happy with me when I clip his claws today.

I found it amusing that the cat that doesn't need brushing likes it, and the one that does loaths it.
