Sugar

Have astonishingly discovered that my body now has a limit for "too much sugar".

One of those grownup things.

Mine too... if I have too much I start feeling like I'm going to pass out. And "too much" isn't really all that much, either, considering I have been capable, in the past, of some serious full-on sugar binges (you have no idea). This limit only seems to have started after about 6 months of extreme weightlifting and cutting out of processed carbs.

I've been intentionally watching my carbs for a while. Not quite limiting, as yet (tried that in high school far too hard) but just keeping an eye out and choosing something more appropriate if I can...
