I didn't know I had that virginity to lose. I would never take that experience back. It's one thing working with someone, and you're both doing the same thing. It's entirely another when you can feel their power and yours smoothly melding, melting. Chocolate. Corn syrup into maple syrup. Soft. Strong. Near-infinite moment. Near-absolute match. No ripples, just the interlacing, the combined strength...

I fell in love that day. We'd already been friends, I'd already had my initial crush on him, the minor one... but I fell in love that day.

Perfect love, and perfect trust.

I've had the same experience, with Kally. Before we started getting to know each other personally, at some party, where everyone was high, he'd flopped down in my lap while I was talking to another friend. i forget what exactly transpired, but he'd mumbled something about "needing a girl your age, girls my age only want older guys anyways," and we all three giggled, and he took my hand...and I felt what you felt. It was startling, because he was a relative stranger.

It still feels like working magic when my hand is in his. That seems to be a much rarer occurence these days, though.
