alexseanchai was in the mood for pasta. They suggested pasta carbonara. We started from https://chefsavvy.com/20-minute-pasta-carbonara/
Both they and I were fairly flomp at that point, as I recall, which left Belovedest in charge. I poked my nose in a few times to advise, and was part of the pour-and-stir operation at the end. It lacked vegetation (the parsley in the raised bed by the garage had gone off) so we added peas, and I think there was more sprinkle-cheese than grated parmesan.
It was delicious.
