All I can think of when I look at that is to wonder how long it will take some drunk fool to see if they can "short circuit" the machine, *wink*. There's no way I would ever touch a machine in a public restroom...ever.
That's something that didn't immediately come to my mind, me being well-trained and female (though I'm *going* to learn to do that properly standing up one of these days...)
If they want people out in a hurry, display what the person inside is websurfing to those outside waiting. Gotta be some interesting results, 'specially if the freak...er...person inside doesn't know that their site choices are being displayed publicly. Boggles the mind, it does.
