elfric was also telling me that he envies me not having read the series yet since it's one of his favorites.
It makes sense that there is an LJ community for it, I just never looked for it.

The community seems to be an extension of the official fan email list, the one Lois sometimes shows up on. Sometime, when I'm not so busy, I'll have to come back from my vacation on that...

Sadly, that one always leaves me with less than a wonderful feeling.

I first read it, you see, when the love of my life was about to get married to a woman I absolutely despised. I don't recommend the juxtaposition.

I like it well enough now, but there's going to be that taint on it for a long time.
