Seven plagues

We got the shipment of locusts yesterday. I think they were supposed to have been delivered to E's father, but they got all over the general Phoenix area instead.

Hop. Hop. Hop.

All over.

You can't walk three paces down the sidewalk without disturbing at least one, sometimes more. Poor Little Fayoumis is not used to this.

You didn't seem to thrilled with them either as we were walking home last night :-p

Personally, I think they're kind cool, but I've always loved bugs ... for some bizarre reason.

We had one come into lab today when someone opened the door. Guess he needed to feed his 'net addiction.

I am telling you, it's starting to scare me. Yesterday, when I went to my van to pull out my reloaded sound track, and I had to stop because I was surrounded by a ring of them. Also, right in the shade of my tire. there was a mountain built up there to keep off the hot asphalt. Not only is it bad enough we have the early summer, we have evil flying soul suckers running around.

What's next? Boils? I better get the goats ready.

I so had nothing to do with the locusts, and I'm very sorry to hear of your affliction with them. Big nasty insects not my style.

Well, perhaps plagues could be more localized, in the future?

I'm thinking, a small nest of biting ants in his socks?
