azurelunatic: So, if Lucius Malfoy were to cast Imperious on Harry in Voldemort's presence, Harry should order that Voldemort fetch him a fruity drink with an umbrella in it, and Voldemort should obey, and so should all the other Death Eaters be obeying Harry's every whim until Malfoy takes it off him.

Yep, we're evil allright, we make fun of bad spelling in fanfiction, and whether or not BNFs should snark about bad Latin in a fandom based off of children's books...:>

Depends on how serious a snark about bad Latin it was.

If it was a "This fanfic author is using pig Latin. Pfft!" snark, then that's ... well... heh. I'd probably snark about that too.

Good Latin is a good thing, and I imagine that it must be horrible for those who actually know Latin to see it mangled. And if it's canon bad Latin...
