We're actually getting a ball python, not a corn snake.

Mainly by keeping a water bowl in the cage with lots of water in it (big and shallow is good; the snake should be able to crawl into it if it wants to soak, and the surface area means evaporation which helps with humidity) and by occasionally (once a week is what people tell me) spraying the cage with water.

The snake is Episcopalian. He was baptized in Berlin, shortly after the 2002 World Cup.

And its a Gopher snake named Slitherin.
