Gah, apparently LJ was misbehaving when I responded to this...

CDs are best - I have CDRWs in all my computers and the laptop at least accepts no other form of media. I also have an mp3 player/portable USB drive that can be used to transfer files between computers, and a router with 4 ethernet ports plus wireless that can be used to transfer files over a network.

My laptop has a DVD drive but its sound card is of suck and its screen is of small.

Mkay. CDs. Not that I plan on doing much computer work while I'm there. Tigereye's staying at home, because she's in charge of the network, and is the gateway.

Oh, and no need to bring bedding. I have PLENTY to spare, so unless you find that you are allergic to everyone else's pillows or something (seems unlikely since you have cats) there is no worries.

...Also, when sleeping, I steal blankets. When sleeping with others, there is clearly defined whose blanket is whose, and sometimes there are still squabbles... take when digitalambience and I shared a bed.
