I feel like I want to launch a distributed denial of serv phonecall barrage on these clowns.

They call wanting to speak with my roommate. They say maybe I can help. They refuse to put us on the do not call list.

I thought that those kinds of companies had to furnish copies of their "do not call" policy upon request? It's ILLEGAL for them to refuse if you have specifically requested it!

Call the phone company and block that number. You are recieving harrassing phone calls from them and you want it to stop. Smiple. :)
