Workout
51 x lat-and-forward pulldowns @ 50 lbs
15 x butterfly flaps @ 50 lbs
3.9 miles in 15 minutes on exercise bike
31 x butterfly flaps @ 30 lbs
Am feeling more triumphant about this round with the bike than any others -- not that I got more done, but the steady pace. I'm going to keep working at that time until I'm going strong enough that it feels easy to maintain doing it for that long, and then I'm going to bump it up more.
I'm not going for raw strength, really. I'm just looking to build back the endurance I lost in high school all that time that I was sick.
