Personality disorder checkin
I don't usually have a paranoid rating this high. Some of it is genuine yes-they-are-talking-about-me; some of it is sheer paranoia and I know it, and I've been working on chilling myself back down.
I can feel my mental stability and health fluctuate. I have taken baselines, and I know what contains my sanity, where the borders are. Others have reviewed me, and told me what they think the problem areas are, which gives me a very nice reality check. I can almost make it to payday on that much.
