Starting with the blond anime guy: Bill Smith, from Gunsmith Cats (the source image had him smoking, which I edited out), Darkside-my-best-friend, Darkside-my-best-friend in a hooded cloak, and Darkside-from-Darkside Blues (which is where Darkside-my-best-friend got his nickname from).

Bill was included because Darkside actually looks a lot like that when he has long hair.
