Cats

eris_raven has taken to curling up next to me and making "mip" noises at me when I'm trying to go to sleep. She's actually snuggling. What's next -- flight?

She did that last night, and the night before.

I want another cat so badly. What's the best way to introduce a 2nd cat into an only cat household?

We kept Eris in my room, and let Mosh have the run of the rest of the apartment, so they could get used to the idea of having another cat in here. They were never left unsupervised, and if they started to tussle too much, they were partitioned off again.

Actually, another question. Did your relationship with the first cat change when you got the 2nd?

Somewhat. Moshie isn't as snuggly, nor as playful with the humans, because he has another cat-friend to be cats with. But no drastic changes.
