I remember when I made holyterrors, I was able to friend people as the community, and have them joined to the community that way.

By the time we made note_to_cat and note_to_kid, that didn't work anymore.

Anybody know when that little refinement came into play?

I am a weird research nut, because I just went through the support volunteers' community from the beginning of May to mid-June to find it.
