There's more than one of me in my head. This is quite all right with us, though sometimes other people have problems with it.

garnetdagger is the Warrior of the bunch, inheritor of Laughing Hawk. Marah is the bitter one, and is the inheritor of Joan-prime. She's still in her late teens at this point. Naomi is the youngest, nine or ten, and is the programmer. She's the inheritor of Mona, and was previously referred to as "N%", while she was younger and more fragile. She's also heir to the body, but that will get worked out later.
I first split sometime around 1986, subtly, due to the difference between my sheltered home life and public school. I began to notice the split around 1992, but it only began to solidify in 1994, when distinct alters formed, in part because there was no one else to talk to, and in part to shield me from the onset of a truly nasty tendency towards depression. I briefly integrated in 2001, but split again along subtly different lines in perhaps February or April of 2002.
Unless there is an overriding reason to segment off memory, it is shared. There is no real protocol for interacting with anyone differently; I am the front persona for the most part. Marah tends to type in all bold, Dagger has her own journal and is also more blunt, and Naomi has a limited vocabulary due to her age and career focus.
