There's a series of short story collections, edited by Ellen Datlow and Terri Windling (I think) that are all fairy tales put in modern settings. The first one was Snow White, Rose Red and the other five or so have all followed pretty much that pattern, but they're running out of colors and so have names like Golden Slippers, Silver Tears now. They're bound to have a few stories like that.
(Hmm. I should track some back down for my own purposes. I remember them as being pretty good.)
I preferred the novels to the anthologies, myself. Of course, in my opinion the best of the lot is Tam Lin by Pamela Dean. I own at least 2 copies of that one.
