I really must get myself one of those keyboards. Probably I'll go for a trackball first, though, because it's my mouse hand that's getting the majority of the bad stuff. I have banned myself from mouse-heavy games, and use the spacebar or the page down key when reading things. I do have a wrist rest for the mouse, and I shake my hands out and crack my wrists regularly. I don't want to have to have an operation like Mama did.

Keep a close watch on this - I have a friend who's been fighting with carpal tunnel for 20+ (maybe 30+) years. It can be very much not fun!
