Ow, lungs, ow.

Picking up Little Fayoumis from school is part of the job description. Even when I'm sick.

I've been timing how much time I spend walking, to try and ensure that I get at least a half-hour of activity per day. Today's walk to/from LF's school was 27 minutes. My lungs are not thanking me.

Also, I should know better than to try salad on a mostly-empty digestive system.

Normally, I like lettuce, and lettuce likes me.

However...

Without going into major detail, let us just say that my digestive system liked it a little too much.

I'll skip the detail and say that there is a reason I almost never eat salads.

I also note that two pounds of carrot sticks and a cup of "The Goddess Brew" is a very poor breakfast, especially for Finals week.
