Everyone who wants me to see their images on my friends page...

Y'know, unless you specify the size on that image, I won't see it on my friends page. And only if it is interesting will I click the placeholder image to check it out.

hmm... I'm not a fan of the image size tag, because I consider it deceptive (Here's a 100x100 image that will take 10 minutes to download... w00t...).

But this is probably because I'm a freak.

This is because of the new image placeholder feature that LJ has. I have a small screen, and big things make with the page-breaky.

...big as in wide, rather than big as in large file size. Plus, I have DSL.

Hence my liberal use of cut-tags. :) I haven't noticed, but does LJ still do the placeholder thing after you click on the cut? (Guess my screen's bigger than I thought...)

No; the placeholders are only for friends pages.

Ah. *nods* 'Twould explain my confusion. Hmm... does make me wonder why I'm not seeing 'em on my friends page, though..... *shrugs* Eh, mebbe I'll poke about later. Or not.

It's something you've got to set on the editinfo.bml page.
