Color me surprised.
Today at the plasma place, the chick told me that I'd lost five pounds since last time. My weight fluctuates about three pounds based on time of day and clothes and all that, and I'd been up from before on Wednesday. It's nice to be headed in the right direction for the right reasons, though (right reasons being working out and not being ill like last time).
