Color me surprised.

Today at the plasma place, the chick told me that I'd lost five pounds since last time. My weight fluctuates about three pounds based on time of day and clothes and all that, and I'd been up from before on Wednesday. It's nice to be headed in the right direction for the right reasons, though (right reasons being working out and not being ill like last time).

I was laughing with crisavec tonight as we took the goddaughters out to the Rondy carnival after fireworks.... I said that if ever there was a frivolous "goal" for getting more fit, it was mine. "I'd like to be able to fit into some of the carny rides again" quoth I. "Ha ha ha HAHAHAHA!" quoth he.
