Well, you should avoid the Casting Thread. Debbie the Dumbass is doing her usual Thin People Are Ugly crap and refusing to acknowledge that she's being a bitch even though Marna, Andi, Robert, and several other people have all informed her of this fact.
I've got a friend; I refer to her as Ginger on here. She's my age, barely over five feet, blonde, blue eyed, and somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 pounds, size zero to two. This is not voluntary. When she gets sick, she winds up in the hospital and loses weight. She can't put it back on. She's chronically been somewhat envious of my looks.
I should probably write up my late high school encounter with my own homebrewed version of the Atkins diet, brought on by my metabolism shifting out of "I am a teenager and can eat anything in sight without notable effect on my body except that I'm suddenly taller and have boobs" and into "Hi, I'm an adult. You really don't need that piece of cake," and just being taller and built proportional to my height with dense bones and my dissatisfaction with same. Also, why I think that ads aimed at getting people who could improve their health by losing weight to lose weight should focus more on education on how to easily slip more activity into a sedentary lifestyle and how to safely and sanely change eating habits, rather than shame tactics or advocating a sudden drastic change.
