teenagewitch now has a restraining order preventing her stalker from going to her house, going to her mother's school, and going to my apartment complex.

He can't be banned from Sabrina's school, because he works there and also attends school there, but he can be restrained from going near her.

Whee! This makes me exceptionally happy -- if he shows up on my doorstep, I have legal justification to call the police, and if he even thinks about coming inside, I have the full justification under the law to tell him to get the fuck out.

I might as well let the apartment complex manager know that there's some meanie who might attempt to be bothersome.

Hope it doesn't piss him off so much that he does something really fucked-up.
