A waitress walks up to a table where three $FOREIGN_CULTURE men are seated. When she gets to the table, the waitress notices that the three men are furiously masturbating.

She asks, "What the hell are you three perverts doing?"

One man replies, "We all very hungry!"

She answers, "But why are you jerking off?"

Another man answers, "Because menu say 'First Come, First Served!'"

This reminds me of a conversation in my Japanese class:

In the original form of the joke, the men were Japanese, but I decided it conveyed the humor better with the variable to remove cultural bias.

To me, they still came off as Japanese, but that is probably because most of the people I talk to who don't speak good English are Japanese. Or maybe just because the 'forgetting English verb pluralization" thing is associated with "Wise man say..." in my head.
