Pretty lousy for me, actually... I've been getting more around 45 to an hour on days when I actually have things to do.

Yeah, it's always easier when you have a goal. This is why I hate the walking track so much, even if it is better for my feet. It's just so damned boring going round and round in a circle for hours on end.
