All becomes clear...

What's been wrong with my spoons? I'll tell you what's wrong with my spoons, and why it's getting better right now today pronto.

Woohoo for menstruation and funky chemical cycles. Suck my cat's ass, ovaries.

So this is only to be expected, belike, and should be clearing up pronto, because it always does. Mutter-mutter-unpredictable-long-cycle-mutter...

Meanwhile, do I have enough spoons to face her family? Or should I not and say I did. Or, should I not and say I didn't.

I got just to the point where my period normally starts and... stopped. Hovered. A week ago. I'm quite tired of the spotting and rampaging acne now.

Bodies are weird and obnoxious.

Yup. It wouldn't be so bad if I knew what was glitching and I hadn't been ready for imminent torrents for the past week.

[1] My body is in general more considerate than it used to be. My period used to start with the flash flood, often at night, twenty carpetted feet from the bathroom. Having it after a day or two of ramp-up from spotting is much more reasonable.

Huh. Sometimes complaining does fix things. Or at least, my body's started behaving again.

I keep threatening to try that. It's not like there's any chance of my getting pregnant anyway (We've been married 10+ years, using no b.c. of any sort, & have no kids although hubs has a daughter from his 1st marriage).

But I have this insane dislike of going to doctors for any reason whatsoever... Can I just rip out the stoopid ovaries, etc? Gah. That'd mean a doctor visit too. Hrmph.

That's what I've had for the last 2 cycles....
