first party: In this case, step one is recognizing that just because I found something worthwhile to justify leaving $ABUSIVE_CORPORATE_RELATIONSHIP doesn't mean I'm immune to the self-esteem issues $ABUSIVE_CORPORATION seems to engender. This would be more comforting if I knew what step two was. (of course, if anyone around $ABUSIVE_CORPORATION knew what step two was and could bottle it, I'm sure they'd be making a fortune)
