Parent/Child Bonding Moments
The Simpsons was pre-empted for Jurassic Park. I didn't see that in the theatres, of course, when it came out. I saw it at CTY somewhat afterward, and I remember cooing over the parent/child bonding moment in it towards the end.
Namely, when the Mad Scientist is trying to put the muzzle back on the baby T-Rex, and then the big one shows up, and then, well ... nature takes its course.
It was so cute!
It hasn't lost any of the cuteness factor in the intervening ten or so years. Sheesh, that's technically an old movie now.

Our heroes and the convertible crash into a warehouse. They get out of the car and are trying to figure out where to put the baby. Big T-Rex crashes in. They, alarmed, flee, with baby in tow.
They put the baby T-Rex on top of a boat of some sort. Mad Scientist is up there. Our heroes jump into the water. Mad Scientist sees the baby T-Rex, sees it's not muzzled, and grabs the muzzle and is trying to wrestle the thing into wearing the muzzle when the big one shows up. There is a touching scene where the big T-Rex grabs the fleeing prey, wounds it, and then shoves the baby after it so the baby can make its first kill. Awww.
Meanwhile, our heroes, having swum to safety and a good location, are loading up tranquilizer weapons to subdue the beast.
