Are they coming from Dell? We're usually nicer to Dell packages.
I wouldn't worry too much, because hey, if they mess up your package you can call customer service and our customer service deserves to get screamed at. (Our drivers worry me sometimes, but our customer service is run by fourteen-year-old fangirls, or at least it feels that way.)
Dude. Now I almost want to ship something (unimportant) by DHL, just to get to talk to the customer service. I have to know what they do to get that description. *grin*
Well, let's keep in mind, I usually talk to them when they've put the customers on mute. Then again, that still doesn't change the fact that the last customer service rep who called me started the conversation by saying, "Oh, my God, dude, you wouldn't not believe this customer."
Never trust the mute button. I learned that back when I did tech support. *grin*
And was there a Valley Speak accent?
(Gah. Thinking of 14-year-old fangirls, I went to the Texas State Fair yesterday. In the art competition, there were a couple of pieces of fan art that had won prizes. One was a very nice drawing of Legolas, I'll admit, but still... prizes for fan art? I'm just spoiled, I guess. After all, the cavalier cloak probably wasn't made just to show off the artist's l33t sewing skillz. But.... Dude.)
I miss the headsets we used to have, where putting a finger on the end of the tube was a viable muting process without using the mute button. Now we have the big scary mute button that lights up a red light and is sometimes missing entirely from the phone.

Except I can sound very, very British when I'm trying not to be mad.
