Well, Bush's foreign policy seems to involve:

a) being an asshole
b) beating people up, invading countries, killing people

This qualifies as "rude" in my book.

Where is he doing the most of this? The Middle East.

What does the song in question illustrate? That rudeness and terrorism may be linked.

Implication: Bush's foreign policy is likely to get him blown up.
