Gee, it sounded pretty straight-forward to me. Don't see what was snarky about it at all. You mean everyone doesn't follow those basic grammar rules??

But...they've conflated the two *different* words that are both spelled "to"!

1) used in forming the infinitive of a verb: To be, nor not to be.

2) one of the most common prepositions: I drove to the grocery store.

Heh. The "homonym" page screwed up its explanation of homonyms!
