Life updates:

Still madly in love with my best friend.
Still working on writings.
Still working at the same workplace, though with the new brilliant uncertain schedule and uncertain duties (I never know what I'm going to wind up doing any given day).
Still moving. Still packing piecewise.

I need to return the favor by loaning out the Young Wizards first five books omnibus while I watch Utena.

"Actually, I think most people would like to lie on top of each other. People enjoy affection. However, we men have hangups about it. Thus women tend to give and receive more affection (that doesn't involve pseudo violence of some sort) and are more balanced in that aspect of their lives. Young Wizards is a series of books about a girl who discovers a book on wizardry and takes an oath to help care for and understand the universe, and winds up fighting the powers of evil and incidentally learning how to deal with the school bullies who started the entire situation in the first place. Well, that's the first book. After that, lots more magic, fun, philosophy, and self-sacrifice occur.

I recommend them.
