So, about the only one that I didn't already understand or could figure out was #38: Professor Flitwick does not wish to be addressed as "Admiral Naismith".

Are you willing to explain that one? I suspect that part of my problem is not remembering a Professor Flitwick...

I'm not sure knowledge of fandom in-jokes is required. There are maybe 3 or 4 where I think I missed some nuances, but there wasn't a one of them that I totally missed the point of. And while I've got a moderately good knowledge about HP canon, I'm almost completely ignorant of the fanon.
