I talked with Shawn Weixelman last night. He moved back to Fairbanks; his ex-wife Christel Gause and their daughter Winter are living in Anchorage (IIRC).

Of the gang we used to hang out with, there was one kid named Morgan. I'm not too sure on his last name, but he was a skinny punk kid who looked far too much like an emaciated version of Leonardo DiCaprio for anyone's comfort. He had a bad habit of sticking his dick into goth chicks, and he was a rude little bugger. swallowtayle went to school with him.

He went into the Army, got kicked out, and was making unwelcome advances at a 17-year-old girl (this was after he'd passed 18) on campus. She fled off into the bathroom. He followed, and learned the hard way that she was in fact a Black Belt something-or-other; in the scuffle, a sink got broken, and his face was the blunt object that broke it. He got reconstructive surgery, a record as a sex offender, and trespassed from UAF campus in perpetuity.

(And in case I didn't make it quite clear enough, the gossip is via Shawn, and Morgan is the one who has some of his hip bone in his face and can't step onto UAF land anymore. Shawn and I were horribly amused over Morgan's situation.)
