I have little ears, so I always have trouble with those ear buds falling out. They don't make ones for tiny ears.

And the nook in my ear where it's supposed to rest is larger than standard, so mine keep falling out.

I have the same issue. I also have problems with the big "earmuff" type sliding off my hair as well.

And it works almost perfectly! When it inevitably does fall out, it's a reach-up-push-it-back-in like pushing hair out of the face, not fish-around-wildly-and-lodge-it-back-in.
